To our dismay, we have another departing hasher. Our very own news man, Osama Been Hashin, is leaving US for a stint on a small island somewhere south of the U.S. That's right, he's off to New Zealand to kick off a world wide terro.., tour of international hash houses and various other houses of questionable reputation. This hash will be his last in NC for at least a year. If you're fortunate you might see him in Perth at Interhash 2008; otherwise, cum and wish him farwell at the next Carolina Larrikins hash, #69, Wed. March 5th.

Larrikins Hash #69 - 3rd Wednesday, Feb 20th, South Raleigh

Yes wankers and wankettes, it's the 3rd Wednesday of the month, so it's Larrikins hashing time again.
It's even a full moon with a full lunar eclipse. Butt if it's too cloudy, maybe we'll make our own...! This south Raleigh location is a favorite of Baby Ruth and Poison Penis, and is reportedly the location of Wing Whore's first appearance. With any luck this might be a multiple full moon hash.

1. Proceed East on I-40 towards downtown Raleigh;
2. from I-40, exit South (right turn at bottom of ramp proceeding away from downtown) onto South Saunders/Wilmington St.( aka Hwy 70 East towards Garner; Exit #298);
3. proceed approx. 1 ½ miles south of I-40;
4. at the 70/401 split take the Hwy 401 fork to the right (sign will say towards Fayettville) the next light will be Garner Station Blvd;
5. take a right at the light at Garner Station Blvd.; the strip mall on the right contains Red Zone Sports Bar (formerly Fenway Sports Bar); there will be a Blockbuster on the right as landmarks; Red Zone is just after;
Look for screaming hashers in the parking lot near Red Zone and you're there!!
